I think that aesthetics is the study of beauty and deciding if things are tasteful or not.
The four domains of creativity are fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Fluency is thinking of many ideas. Flexibility is taking the same idea and thinking of it in a different perspective. Originality is thinking of a different idea. Elaboration is adding onto ideas to improve them.
My practical experience: I put on my make-up.
My aesthetic experience: As I sit down at my desk to apply my make-up I feel like an artist that is about to start painting a magnificent work of art. I apply my foundation which fixes any slight imperfection, like the artist's first layer of paint. Then, I mix the powders together to form the perfect shade such as an artist mixes his paints to find the best shade for his landscape. Applying eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara is like applying the finishing details to the already beautiful piece of artwork. And voila, my masterpiece is complete.
